Mutares has sold Redo, a Finnish property remediation services provider, to Norway-based industrial investor Invex Group, according to PE Hub. Redo reported revenue of €25 million in 2025 and employs about 250 people, PE Hub said.
The transaction moves a Finnish remediation operator into the ownership of Invex Group, which also owns Recover, a remediation and restoration business operating in Scandinavia. PE Hub did not report financial terms for the sale.
Redo provides property remediation services in Finland. In practice, remediation and restoration companies typically address damage to buildings and property after incidents such as water, fire or other environmental disruption, although PE Hub described Redo only as a provider of property remediation services.
PE Hub reported that Redo’s service network can reach roughly 80 percent of Finland’s population within one hour. For operators in damage response and restoration, proximity to customers can be a material commercial factor because response times affect service delivery and insurance-related workflows.
Invex Group is described by PE Hub as a Norway-based industrial investor. Its existing ownership of Recover gives the buyer an established presence in remediation and restoration services across Scandinavia, while Redo adds a Finnish business with national coverage characteristics.
Mutares is the seller in the transaction. PE Hub did not provide additional detail on the timing of Mutares’ original investment in Redo, the buyer’s integration plans, or any management changes connected with the sale.
The deal sits within the broader business services category, where private capital investors often focus on companies with recurring demand, distributed local operations and operational scale. In this case, the reported facts point to a specialist Finnish services platform with approximately 250 employees and a network designed for rapid coverage across much of the country.
