Bitwave has begun rolling out the Bitwave Agentic suite, releasing four open-source tools aimed at AI-native accounting, financial data and infrastructure for autonomous finance operations. The company said Thursday that the products extend its existing accounting, payments and digital-asset finance infrastructure for organizations working in the digital asset economy.
The first releases are Bitwave CLI, Bitwave MCP, Bitwave Data and Analytics, and KubeClaw, according to Bitwave’s announcement. Together, the tools are designed to let AI agents work with accounting records, supported Bitwave workflows, blockchain data and controlled operating environments.
What is Bitwave Agentic?
Bitwave Agentic is a product suite built for finance teams that want AI agents to carry out parts of accounting and financial operations through code, structured interfaces and programmable workflows. Bitwave said the suite is model agnostic, meaning organizations can use compatible AI models and agent frameworks without being locked to one provider.
Bitwave CLI is an open-source, agent-native accounting system. The company said it lets agents perform accounting work locally across both conventional financial activity and digital asset transactions.
Bitwave MCP provides an AI- and agent-enabled link between compatible AI tools and supported Bitwave workflows. Bitwave Data and Analytics gives agent-ready access to normalized blockchain data and SQL-based analytics across the company’s data foundation.
KubeClaw, the fourth initial release, is an open-source environment intended for finance teams that need controlled and regulated settings for autonomous agents, according to Bitwave. Such environments are meant to give organizations a way to set boundaries around agent activity when financial controls, compliance obligations or internal governance rules apply.
Patrick White, Bitwave’s chief executive and co-founder, said in the company’s release that AI agents are starting to participate in business workflows but need practical ways to create and exchange accounting work. He said Bitwave expects agents to interact with accounting systems through code, structured interfaces and programmable workflows rather than through the same user interfaces used by people.
How does the rollout fit Bitwave’s digital asset payments work?
The Agentic releases follow several Bitwave announcements tied to blockchain-based payments and stablecoin infrastructure. Over the past four months, the company said it worked with Hashgraph on a native integration involving USDC and HBAR on the Hedera Network.
Bitwave also announced a Canton Network payments integration that enables enterprises to make payments directly against invoices through programmable, on-chain workflows. In a separate announcement, the company said it integrated Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin into its enterprise payment module.
In July 2025, Bitwave and BVNK announced a partnership focused on helping enterprise finance teams send and receive stablecoin invoice payments. That arrangement combined BVNK’s embedded stablecoin wallets with Bitwave’s SOC-compliant tax, accounting and compliance platform, the companies said at the time.
Bitwave and BVNK said the integration was intended to speed settlement, modernize treasury operations and simplify financial reporting workflows for finance teams. The new Agentic tools add an AI-focused layer to Bitwave’s broader push to connect digital asset activity with accounting, payments and reporting systems used by enterprises.
