Blue Wolf Capital Partners has named Anne Bailey as its lead operating partner, PE Hub reported. The move shifts the senior operating title from George Judd, who joined the firm in 2018 and will remain an operating partner.

The appointment affects Blue Wolf’s internal portfolio-operations leadership rather than a disclosed investment transaction. PE Hub did not report financial terms, fund information or any change to Blue Wolf’s ownership structure.

Bailey joined Blue Wolf as an operating partner in 2024, according to PE Hub. Before moving to the firm, she was president of Modivcare Home. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership posts at DaVita and Bain & Company.

Operating partners in private equity firms generally work with investment teams and portfolio companies on business performance, management execution and operational priorities. In this case, PE Hub reported only the title change and the related personnel background, without detailing Bailey’s specific mandate as lead operating partner.

Judd’s role will continue at the firm, according to PE Hub. The report said he had previously served as lead operating partner after joining Blue Wolf in 2018.
