Crest Rock Partners has made an investment in Andrew Site Work, a Fort Myers, Florida-based civil contractor focused on public infrastructure work, according to PE Hub. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, leaving the size of the investment, valuation and ownership stake undisclosed.
Andrew Site Work, also known as ASW, provides services for local public-sector customers. PE Hub reported that the company regularly carries out retrofit, installation and emergency repair work for counties, cities and municipalities.
The investment places Crest Rock in a segment of business services tied to the maintenance and repair needs of local government infrastructure. Civil contractors in this field typically support public owners that require operational continuity across assets and systems, particularly when emergency repairs are needed.
ASW was founded in 2008, according to PE Hub. Ralph Andrew serves as the company’s founder and chief executive officer.
