Madison River Capital has invested in Pro-Max, a Miami-based construction services company, PE Hub reported. The deal’s financial terms were not disclosed, leaving the transaction value, ownership stake and valuation unavailable.

Pro-Max provides structural repair, restoration, painting and roofing services for condominium and commercial properties, according to PE Hub. The investment is intended to support the company’s geographic expansion, wider service capabilities and continued development of its team.

Founded in 1994, Pro-Max is led by co-founders and co-presidents Maximilian Tower and Ray Rodriguez, PE Hub reported. The company’s customer base spans condominium and commercial property owners requiring maintenance, repair and exterior building work.

Capital for expansion

The reported investment gives Pro-Max outside capital as it seeks to grow beyond its existing footprint and add services. In private company transactions of this type, investors typically provide funding to support growth initiatives, operational investment or acquisitions, although PE Hub did not report the specific structure of Madison River Capital’s investment.

The absence of disclosed financial terms limits the conclusions that can be drawn about the scale of the transaction. PE Hub did not report whether Madison River Capital acquired a majority or minority stake, whether debt financing was used, or whether Pro-Max’s founders will continue in their current roles after the investment.

The deal places Madison River Capital in a segment tied to the ongoing repair and maintenance needs of multifamily and commercial real estate. For Pro-Max, the reported capital backing is aimed at expanding where it operates, adding to what it offers clients and building out its workforce.

This story draws on original reporting from PE Hub.
