ACR buys RediBagUSA in Oridian-backed packaging deal

ACR, a company backed by Oridian Capital Partners, has acquired RediBagUSA, PE Hub reported. RediBagUSA is based in New Hyde Park, New York, and supplies reusable retail bags, paper products and packaging solutions.

The acquisition adds a business founded in 1957 that serves customers across the US, according to PE Hub. Its end markets include grocery, restaurant, deli, medical and industrial customers.

RediBagUSA chief executive Jeff Rabiea will stay actively involved with the business after the transaction, PE Hub reported. Key members of the company’s management team will also remain involved.

PE Hub identified ACR as an Oridian Capital Partners-backed company. No transaction value, financing details or closing timeline were included in the report.
