Premier Care Dental Management has acquired Brookline Smile Artists, a cosmetic dentistry practice based in Brookline, Massachusetts, according to PE Hub. The report did not include a purchase price or other transaction terms.

The buyer is backed by The Jordan Company and Regal Healthcare Capital Partners, PE Hub reported. The transaction adds a Massachusetts cosmetic dentistry practice to a dental management group with operations across several US states.

Brookline Smile Artists was founded in 1999, according to PE Hub. The practice operates in Brookline, a municipality in the Boston area.

Premier Care Dental Management has locations in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, PE Hub reported. The company’s existing presence in Massachusetts means the acquisition adds to a market where the group already operates.

Dental management companies typically provide administrative and business support to dental practices while clinicians continue to deliver patient care. The PE Hub report identified Premier Care Dental Management as backed by two private equity firms, placing the deal within the broader pattern of sponsor-backed investment in healthcare services.

The Jordan Company is named in the report as one of Premier Care Dental Management’s financial backers. Regal Healthcare Capital Partners is also listed as a backer. No additional details were provided on ownership stakes, financing, management changes or integration plans.

This story draws on original reporting from PE Hub.
